IT Associate Job at Liberty Language Services
Liberty Language Services is seeking an IT Associate to assist our current IT Lead and Project Manager. The ideal candidate can work 24 hours per week.
Note: This position will be performed on-site at our Vienna, VA office, with some remote work days.
Main responsibilities and duties include:
- Work within Learning Management System (LMS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems
- Assist with troubleshooting IT issues and help develop IT solutions
- Provide technical support to students taking our online training courses
- Organize and format Adobe files (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Organize and format Microsoft files (Word, Excel)
- Create and update documentation on technology for staff and IT team
- Participate in planning and implementation of multi-scale projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change; creativity and self-confidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative
- Strong attention to detail, strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) - preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
