Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join a team which is responsible for safe-guarding data from unauthorized access or modification ensuring its availability, confidentiality, and integrity.

What you will do (day in the life):

• Proposing, coordinating, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Leading the process to gain Authorities-to-Operate for software systems through Intelligence Community Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards
• Developing and updating system security plans and other Information Assurance documentation.
• Performing analysis of enterprise-level security architectures, network management architectures, communications architectures, and key management architectures, identifying a vulnerability, and providing suggested mitigation alternatives.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in a related Technical Field. An additional 4 years’ experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• An Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years’ experience performing and providing security support to hardware, software, and applications.
• Understanding and applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards, ICD 503, and the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 security controls.
• Experience drafting technical documentation, to include documents necessary to gain Authorities to Operate (ATO).
• CISSP Certification
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to resolve information security challenges.
• Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, and team members.
• Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the business.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE (although NOT required):

• Previous client ISSM experience.
• Experience with IAVAs, audit events, and managing entitlements.
• Experience working with the Intelligence Community
• Familiarity with cloud-based system architectures, including Amazon Web Services
