- Take prospects by phone (ability to care plan and set hours, days and times for new clients based on information given over the phone, quote rates and services appropriately and close client, negotiate when needed)
- Enter prospects in ERSP and follow proper protocol to distribute Prospect Client Form
- Proper communication and follow up with scheduling team when a client goes live
- Following up with prospects that have not yet gone live
- On call responsibility for Intake
- Make calls as requested for past unclosed prospects
- Assist with Client Satisfaction Surveys when called upon
- Make assessment packets for nurses
- Sending out Start of Care Forms and tracking
- Updating Referral Source Tracker as needed
- Participate in Monday morning meeting and daily Intake conference calls
- Update care plans as needed based on service changes and properly report these changes
- Enter appropriate notes in ERSP
- Reporting client problems
- Follow up with problems
- Service recovery for any problems with potential, new or existing clients, own the problem and make it your own
- Assist with special office projects as requested
- Be accessible by cell phone after hours
- Use of daily planner
- Assist with answering phones
- Participate in Sup Meetings to prep Sups and update Client Paperwork
- Follow company policy and procedure
- back up clothing accessible at all times for marketing or to work the community
- Report to work on time
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Caregiver background or knowledge of job duties of CNA or PCA
- Homecare or related experience
- Assessment skills
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work with deadlines and meet
- Track History of timeliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
