Meusburger US, Inc. is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative in our Mint Hill, NC office. This position is Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The main task for this individual will be calling on existing customers to generate sales, and to establish new customer accounts through qualified leads. Our ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset, and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Daily phone calls to existing customers to generate new sales
• Qualify customer leads, and follow-up accordingly
• Enter data into CRM after each customer call, and maintain updates accordingly
• Follow-up with customers on quotes and inquiries
• Enter customer quotes, orders, and invoices into Navision software
• Consult with (Field Sales Manager) on lost offers/customers
• Coordination with team on discount structure for customer quotes
• Inform customers of tracking information, and/or delays
• Logs customer complaints, and works to resolve expeditiously
• Expands product knowledge through internal training & Information Management System
• Supports external sales reps with customer inquiries, and sales tasks
• Attends trades fairs and conferences

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams required
• Experience in the injection mold making industry and/or die-set products a plus
• Experience with global companies a plus
• Experience with CRM and ERP
• Disciplined work ethic and reliable
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-player behavior and a mind-set for growth
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
