Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing security strategies, oversee information security audits, whether by performed by organization or third-party personnel.
• Developing streamlined data lineage and controls to drive reporting accuracy and efficiencies.
• Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement.
• Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment.
• Leveraging Security data and intelligence, and providing assurance coverage inclusive of planned audit activity.
• Driving a continuous improvement process, ensuring that reporting products are relevant to stakeholder needs, and providing both a data driven & intelligence-based reporting product.
• Serve as a focal point of contact for the information security team and the customer or organization.
• Manage and configure physical security, disaster recovery and data backup systems.
• Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the organization.
• As a information Security Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring management are provided with accurate and timely Reporting, which will support key decision making.
• Delivering a standardized reporting product, reflective of a complex environment that spans multiple business units, legal entities, and jurisdictions.
• Implementing appropriate oversight to key data points used to fulfil reporting, and ensuring a check and challenge procedure is in place

Requirement:

• Minimum of five years' experience working in an area whose primary goal was to deliver Executive Reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with previous experience of working in a complex matrix-managed environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex and detailed topics to a wide variety of audiences.
• Proficient in the development and use of multiple platforms (e.g. SharePoint and Tableau) to deliver self-service & reporting functionality for a large global based team.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security, with the ability to translate technical content into language that resonates with a non-technical audience.
• Good understanding of Operational/Enterprise Risk Frameworks and how these are implemented into a business.
• Awareness of regulatory and legislative requirements.
