Industrial/Manufacturing Customer Service Rep
Day shift hours, M-F 7/8 am – 3:30/4:30 pm (hourly Position) hours are a little flexible
Pay $19/hr
Reports to Plant Mgr
- Prior Purchasing/Supply Chain/Materials/Projects experience required.
- Industrial/Manufacturing experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field required or solid related exp.
Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, PPT a must.
Excellent communication skills both written & oral are a must. Sense of urgency is critical to the success of this role.
Duties:
Responsible for collaborating and assisting with internal and external customers to accurately forecast, monitor, and schedule customer shipments to help BTD SC achieve 100% on time delivery.
Link the Customer requirements, Material and Logistic needs with BTD SC production scheduler to warranty the customer satisfaction. Direct communication to customers about orders/forecasts. Efficiently answer emails and phone calls from external and internal customers.
Follow up of production schedule with suppliers to warranty the accomplishment of production and delivery plans. Monitor customer releases/communicate w/ customers to make sure data is accurate and to ensure our product will be available to meet customer delivery requirements.
Manage freight procurement for customers and intra-company shipments. Effectively follow up and respond daily to shortage message sent by Shipping Department.

- Basic Computer Skills
Salary info:
