Responsibilities
HVAC Technician primarily maintains systems or installs new units. Specifically, this role will perform the following:
- Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle a physical workload of at least 50 LBS
Job requirements
- 3+ Years HVAC Experienced
- Mix of light install, changeouts, new construction, residential service experience
- You like solving all kinds of HVAC problems
- Loves to make overtime money
- Dependable
- Trustworthy
- Problem solver and team-oriented
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Universal EPA certification is a plus
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Ability to climb a 40’ extension ladder
- Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
