HVAC Service Administrative Specialist Job at Commercial Express HVAC, Inc.
An established HVAC company in Chantilly, VA is seeking a full time Service Administrative Specialist with exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is outgoing with high energy and a positive attitude. Reliability is a must.
Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service team. Primary duties include:
- Provide overall support to the service department.
- Answering inbound calls to the office.
- Create Service Call work orders.
- Manage GPS Fleet account.
- Manage Ezpass account.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist managers in administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service skills and work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Team oriented.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets creations.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Knowledge of the HVAC service industry is a plus.
