We are searching for HVAC Service Technicians & Installers with gas licenses who have an interest in working on the islands off the coast of Maine. (Vinalhaven, Chebeague, Islesboro, etc.)

Technicians who work on the islands would not be sent there for service 24/7, but we are searching for someone who wouldn't mind being one of several primary techs we send for routine service and installs.

Job Responsibilities:

Responding to service calls, diagnosing HVAC component issues, performing routine system maintenance, submitting electronic work slips, stocking van with sufficient parts and picking up parts for respective service calls and install jobs, serving in on-call rotation.

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to work in a team-settings and the drive to work independently.

Sign-On Bonus

$1200: 1-2 years experienced hires with journeyman oil, gas license, & EPA cert

$2500: 3-4 years experienced hires with journeyman oil, gas license, & EPA cert

$10,000: 5+ years experienced hires with journeyman oil, gas license, & EPA cert

Requirements:

Drivers License, Clean driving record, EPA 608 Certification, Oil License, Natural Gas & Propane Licenses

Preferences:

One or more of the above-listed licenses.

Pay Rate:

Journeyman with 1-3 Years’ Experience: $23-$30 per hour

Journeyman with 3-5 Years’ Experience: $25-$35 per hour

Installation Foreman: $30-$40 per hour

Lead Service Technician: $30-$40 per hour
