Candidates should be articulate, enjoy working well with others, able to calmly handle challenges & possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. SHRM Certified Professional credential is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Cultivating team member engagement & company-wide synergy
- Enhancing companywide values & culture through HR activities
- Recruiting & interviewing for administrative & clinical positions
- Hiring & onboarding of new team members
- Overseeing administration & management of employee compensation, benefits & leave
- Coordinating & facilitating all aspects of team member performance management
- Mediating & managing team member conflict
- Developing & managing policies, processes & training relative to employment law, company compliance & company initiatives
