Eternal Life Services Corp is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant/Coordinator. As an HR Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our non-skilled home health agency's human resources functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process of every Home Health aide.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, trainings and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an HR role or office administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is desirable.
