Essential Duties
- Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, benefits orientation and policy training
- Work alongside the HR team to deliver superior employee relations and foster employee engagement
- Facilitate the employee exit process
- Coordinate employee wellness activities
- Provide expertise on company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee files and records ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
- Support other HR and administrative functions as necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of HR experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field is preferred
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Commitment to serving our employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Paycom experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual a plus
