Human Resources Coordinator Job at AMSOIL

The AMSOIL Human Resources department is now seeking an HR Coordinator. The person in this role will support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, engagement, retention and more. The HR Coordinator not only works closely with the HR team but also interacts with employees regularly. This position reports on-site to the Corporate Office located in Superior, Wis.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist talent acquisitions efforts in sourcing qualified candidates
  • Manage and maintain onboarding and engagement programs
  • Conduct new employee orientation through in-person and virtual presentations
  • Develop and post communication via the company intranet site
  • Keep up-to-date and communicate employment law changes
  • Act as point person for the AMSOIL Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Complete related administrative tasks as required
Position Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree or other education with an emphasis in human resources preferred
  • One or more years of professional HR experience
  • General knowledge of HR best practices
  • Enjoy creating written content for HR communications and presentations
  • Operate with the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Proven success in decision making and using good judgement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
