The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturer setting, fluent in Spanish and be able to work in fast paced environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm
Job Duties:
- Manage benefits, LOA
- Some payroll (data entry of timesheets)
- COVID testing
- Audits
- Compliance reports
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
- Bilingual, Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with handling benefits (health, 401k, Cobra)
- Experience with LOA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
