Housing Intake Specialist - Durant/Ardmore Job at LIFT Community Action Agency, Inc.
The Housing Intake Specialist is responsible for the operations of agency programs within the Family Service Center and Housing Program area of responsibilities with emphasis on Weatherization and 502 Intermediary Programs.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
- Determine the needs and eligibility of clients for appropriate agency programs. Enters data and makes referrals.
- Packages Loans for USDA 502 Direct, USDA Section 504 Home Repair and USDA Guaranteed Loan Programs.
- Attend training to maintain and satisy the request of funding sources and grant obligations.
- Maintains Weatherization Program files and applications.
