Position Overview:
To provide neat clean, stocked guest rooms & public areas according to the property's standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction & room revenue.
Essential Functions:
*Clean all bathroom surfaces & fixtures & floor using provided/approved cleaning chemicals/tools. Replace linens & amenities.
*Replace soiled linens on beds, clean under & around bed including headboard. Clean nightstands & also around & behind them.
*Clean all surfaces: furniture, pictures, drawers, windows & ledges, drapes, lamps & lamp shades. Clean in-room coffee station including removing old coffee filter, under & around the coffee maker, amenities & tray.
*Clean PTAC cover & filters.
*Sweep, mop & vacuum all flooring in guest rooms & hallway around room entry doors.
*Report any maintenance items that need to be addressed.
*Deep cleaning in rooms as needed: treating stains on mattresses & furniture & shampoo carpet.
*Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness & appearance - correct deficiencies.
*Retrieve, stock & push housekeeping cart. Sign & secure room keys. Do project cleaning in rooms & public areas as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
