The Award-Winning Wingate by Wyndham Cincinnati Blue Ash is seeking highly motivated, energetic and flexible Guest Service Representative. We want you to be a part of the top hotel in Blue Ash, OH!
Currently we are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts. Must be flexible and have the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Competitive Pay
Prior hotel experience and knowledge of the Opera Property Management System is a plus!
Job Duties Include:
-Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Promoting our Wyndham Rewards Program
-Creating Great Customer Relationships
-Answering Phones
-Making, Changing, Assisting w/ Reservations
-Providing Directions
-Creative Thinking
-Assisting Sales and Management
-Tending to Meetings

-Occasionally setting up meeting spaces
Job Requirements:
-Be comfortable working independently
-Strong communication skills, written and verbal
-Great organizational skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Must be self-motivated and results oriented
-Able to have a flexible time schedule
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
-Basic Computer Skills
-Energetic / Capable of Multi - Tasking
