Chick-fil-A Dickson City Hospitality Professional - Development Program

Chick-fil-A Dickson City will be selecting three (3) Hospitality Professionals over the next 60 days who seek to begin and grow a career with Chick-fil-A.

As part of our Hospitality Professional Development Program, selected candidates will train in all areas of our business; be given access to world class leadership development, travel to the Chick-fil-A support center and other Chick-fil-A restaurants for training and have the chance to build a portfolio of skills that will set you up for a successful Chick-fil-A career.

This role is part of a unique new program where you will rotate through several leadership tracks and be expected to both learn and lead from the first day. This is NOT a school or training course, this is the beginning of a career and it is work with a focus on your long-term development and future.

You will be expected to learn and lead:

• Back-of-House Operations;
• Front-of-House Operations;
• Administrative Operations;
• Catering/Delivery Operations
• Marketing/Event Planning and Execution
• Other Special Projects/Programs

You will be 100% responsible for:

• Food Quality;
• Food Safety:
• Restaurant Cleanliness;
• Every Guests Experience by ensuring they receive Genuine Hospitality
• You will safeguard our culture by ensuring every Guests and Team Member is treated with Honor, Dignity and Respect at all times you will expect and deliver a Genuine Hospitality experience to all you come in contact with while at Chick-fil-A Dickson City, or not.

As you progress through your program, you will have regularly scheduled meetings with the Restaurant Leadership Team to discuss your performance and progress as well as the direction of your career and your development needs. All professionals in this program will move at different paces and may choose to take different paths, some may not continue on because they are not a fit, or we are not a fit for them. There is no contract or structure you must follow. As you become trained and proficient may wish to remain at Chick-fil-A Dickson City and remain on our permanent leadership team; seek and apply for a role at the Chick-fil-A Support Center or another Chick-fil-A Restaurant; wish to apply to one Chick-fil-A’s corporate development programs or wish to become a Chick-fil-A Operator and apply for acceptance into the Operator selection process.

Pay Range Starting at:

• $16-$18 per hour
