Home Services is our prioritized internal vendor who provides a wide range of residential repairs primarily for our managed portfolio. Home Services aims to provide our clients with the most cost-effective solutions delivered with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Home Services and Home Services Management reports to our SVP of Operations.
Maintenance Technician Overview
As a Home Services maintenance technician, you will report to a Home Services maintenance team lead (or manager) and will enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple growth opportunities. While we expect our team to work hard and produce great results, we believe in work-life balance and flexibility.
This position will include:
- Hourly position (starting at $25 per hour, based on experience)
- Overtime available

- Specialized tools and tool replacement
Description/Duties:
- Utilize our in-house technology and application to perform day-to-day duties.
- Perform residential repairs including but not limited to: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, fencing, landscaping, painting, etc.
- Provide invoices including before and after photos along with completion notes.
- Periodically perform inspections and simple company tasks.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, & related assets.
Desired Experience/Resources:
- 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial repairs.
- HVAC certification is preferred.
- Standard set of residential repair tools.
- Reliable truck, van, or vehicle (initially).
- Clean driving | DMV record.
