Evaluates resident needs, condition and care: participates in the development of resident's care plan. Conducts rounds to take and record vital signs of residents; checks and administers medications; gives treatments. Provides work directions and instructions to lower level medical staff. Under general supervision by DON. Performs varied nursing care.
