About Us:
We offer construction services throughout the Southeastern Michigan area. We handle a variety of projects including excavating, correcting drainage issues, hardscape, retainer walls, patios, pavers, cement, outdoor living spaces, fireplaces, commercial/residential construction projects and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and assist in the installation of a wide variety of projects.
- Experience in laying brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other hardscape materials.
- Experience operating heavy construction equipment and masonry tools.
- Train and mentor employees.
- Supervise and assist employees to complete the projects as needed.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications as well as with the client's expectations.
- Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture and create a positive team environment
- Lead and train employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have current chauffeurs license.
- We would like you to have 5 years experience as a construction/hardscape supervisor.
- This job is to lead a small construction crew in various construction related projects.
- We expect this person to be able to lead by example and potentially train people below them to do the same.
- We expect this person to be hands on working alongside the crew to prepare and complete the job including maintaining all equipment and tools.
- This crew supervisor must have good communication skills with the office and the customers.
- Must be able to fill out the necessary paper work and mange their time efficiently.
