As a Overnight Supervisor your compensation will be $25.20 per hour.
What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for training and supervising the overnight guest relations team. Welcoming and departing of hotel guest in a courteously and efficient manner. Process all payments according to establish hotel procedures. Provide information to any guest or visitor inquiry. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our guests. Understand the purpose behind NEXUS and holding the team accountable to its usage. Ascertaining the knowledge of the department goals and metrics surrounding NEXUS usage is important.- You’ll also be responsible for the Guest Relations Researchers, Creative Planner, Taskmasters, Guest Relations Hosts , Expert Hosts (Concierge) and Bell teams during their day. This will include on the job training for employees; supervises on-going training initiatives and conducting training when appropriate. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving personalized services for VIPs, children, guests requests and proactive approaches to problems and/or missed expectations. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Overnight Supervisor.

- Light work standing and walking frequently for up to entire work shift. Exerting up to 10-15 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 or more pounds occasionally, exerting a negligible amount of force frequently, including constantly to reach, lift, carry, push, pull, grasp, manipulate or otherwise move objects i.e. pieces of paper, files and binders. Frequent use of computer keyboard (fingering) and computer mouse, near and far acuity (vision), hearing, talking. Occasional frequency of bending, squatting, twisting and turning. As a seasonal property, long hours during peak periods sometimes required. On days when the Overnight Manager is scheduled off, you will act as the ‘Manager on Duty’ when working your Overnight shift. Responding to the Guest Relations Manager emails and actioning requests. Multitasking and being flexible and having agility and general Outlook knowledge are key requirements to be successful in this role.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel. Depending on the circumstance, we ask that you be flexible to possibly work more than 8 hours in a given shift.
- Additional hotel operational duties may apply (i.e.: assisting with Housekeeping or Bell related requests and or inquires).
- You will report directly to the Overnight Manager for additional support and guidance.
