JOB SUMMARY:
Hanover Bank is looking for a Government Guaranteed Lending Liaison to work closely with SBA Business Development Officers to ensure all new incoming loans’ paperwork is requested, received, and submitted. Complete due diligence and searches of prospective clients. The primary contact with Business Development Officers & clients to be the conduit for all questions.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile SBA forms needed and obtain signatures.
• Work closely with SBA BDO’s to get loans through the process quickly and efficiently .
• Daily review the workflow and checklist for each outstanding loan to ensure there are no delays in the process before moving to the underwriting for final approval.
• Conduct searches, clear conditions, complete term sheets.

Requirements: PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detailed oriented.
• Understanding of Financial Statements.
• Knowledge of Abrigo is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of finance and/or loan experience.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
