Working as a Restaurant General Manager will allow you to work alongside the best leadership in the business and will allow you to benefit from our training to develop your management skills while still having the time to do the things you enjoy.

• You have at least 2 years of leadership/ management experience in restaurant
• You have experience/ responsibility for financial results

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership/ management experience in the restaurant business
• 2+ years responsibility for financial results
• 1+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Experience with in-store delivery operations strongly preferred
• All about creating a great place to work for your team
• Desire to make your customer's day - focus on serving amazing food with a great big smile
• GREAT culture leader who looks for GREAT people to add to the family
• Honest, energetic, motivational and fun
• Vision for the perfect restaurant, and ability to get your team to bring it to life
• Set high standards for self and the team
• Love the excitement of the restaurant business and know every day is different
• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (not public transportation)
• A true desire to learn and grow
