Alonti Catering is looking for an experienced General Manager for our Catering Kitchen. Our fast-growing catering business exists to satisfy the ever-growing corporate catering need! Alonti has been in business for over 40 years and is the premier Corporate caterer in California, Texas and Chicago. Ideal candidates are experienced General managers with at least 1 to 2 years of kitchen management. You must be able to work in our fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment. Candidates must be prepared to be at work EARLY, but can enjoy the benefit of evenings and weekends OFF!
General Managers for Alonti are responsible for these and other important daily objectives:
- Sales-building
- Daily kitchen operations through direct hands-on involvement with every step of the culinary process.
- Upholding Company standards and recipe execution
- Customer satisfaction and engagement
- Delivery of profits and business objectives
- Hiring, recruiting and development of hourly talent
- Maintenance of a clean and sanitary work environment
General Managers for Alonti can enjoy a competitive salary package, along with:
- Paid vacation (1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years)
- Paid holidays annually! (We are not open on most Federal Holidays)
- Health insurance after 90 days (Medical, dental and vision)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
