General Laborer/Equipment Operator Job at Shawnee Stone, LLC
Shawnee Stone is looking for General Laborers and Equipment Operators for our limestone production facilities in Cypress, IL and Buncombe, IL. We will consider entry-level candidates, but experience is preferred. Duties will include general labor tasks, heavy equipment operation, mechanical repairs and maintenance, electrical work, welding, and other duties as skills allow.
- The ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn are required traits.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality are all required.
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus.
- Experience operating heavy equipment will be considered a plus.
- Mechanical skills, fabricating ability, or electrical skills are a plus.
- Background check, drug test, and fitness for duty test all required before being hired.
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Pay: $15.95 - $22.65 per hour
