General Labor - Banquet and Event Set-Up Job at The Ingleside Hotel
Banquet/Event Set-up people needed at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee. You will perform room set up for meetings, events, and weddings (set up/take down tables & chairs, some A/V set up). Must be able to adapt to changing requests while maintaining positive interactions with guests and co-workers. Full-time hours available with flexibility to work day and evenint hours. Must have weekend availability. Pay rate $16/hr. Opportunity for advancement within the Food & Beverage department.
- Provide room set up and take down for busy hotel banquet department.
- Respond to guest or management requests.
- Perform some food service and cleaning components as part of regular hotel duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Age 18 years or older.
- Able to follow directions and have good math skills used for measuring and set up of banquet space.
- Able to lift and move a 72" round table.
- Able to communicate with guests in English.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and/or experience is helpful.
