Game Master Job at Sensology
Sensology is a first of its kind sense-based competitive experience in the Grand Sierra Resort and is looking for great candidates to be Sense Hosts!
A great Sense Host will welcome customers for this totally amazing experience and help them trough all 5 games that they will play around their senses. As a host you will follow the customers for more than an hour and help them out enjoy their time.
If you have no experience with customers service, we will be glad to train you for this awesome experience!
The host will:
- Monitor, ref, and guide teams through each game and ensure a fantastic experience
- Engage with guests with charisma and professionalism
- Know how to reset, fix, and run each game smoothly
- Follow dress code, procedures, and work well with a team and alone
- Bartend and serve teams drinks and snacks as they play
- Ensure team safety and enjoyment
Qualifications:
- Must obtain an Alcohol Awareness card
- Must be punctual, professional, and polite
- Have strong customer service, communication, and people skills
- Be able to follow instructions and perform duties in a timely manner
- Be respectful and responsible
- Be willing to be trained on company POS system and other company technology
- Previous customer service is a plus, but not required

Pay: $14.00 per hour
