Marketing Coordinator for Compass Luxury Real Estate Team
Looking for a methodical and detail oriented Real Estate Marketing Coordinator. Your job is to make sure the Team has a consistent and authentic Luxury Marketing Voice.
Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Google Suite, Dropbox, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, Xpressdocs, MLS Matrix
- Graphic Design
- Strong eye for details, never let a spelling error slip through
- 2 years+ as a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator and/or Marketing Coordinator
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Create Templated and Non-Templated Marketing Content for Public Relations Features, Just Listed/ Just Sold, Monthly Newsletters
- Post to Various Marketing Channels
- Social Media Marketing – including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Email Marketing
- Printed Mail marketing
- Update agent and property websites
- Create open house materials
- Assist in creating and executing Marketing Plans
- Weekly Marketing Reports
- Monitor Social Media
Extra Information:
- In-person is preferable; however, Position can be remote with one day in office
- Parking is included
- The role is under a team at Compass, you will not be employed directly by Compass
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Miami Beach, FL 33139: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Real Estate Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
