Full time assistant to top-producing real estate agent for prestigious company in Montecito. Primary responsibilities are marketing and escrow transaction coordination, but daily tasks are varied. Real Estate experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- A friendly, positive and direct personality and demeanor to interact with clients and the public
- Excellent organizational and office skills
- Good at spelling/proofreading (marketing materials must be accurate)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fast typist for dictation and efficiency
- Technologically savvy - ability to quickly learn, understand and utilize new programs and systems
- A car for running errands, occasional showings & open houses
- General knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
- General knowledge of the Santa Barbara geographical area is a plus
Salary negotiable upon experience and skill set, good bonuses for closed escrows. References from last 3 direct supervisors will be required.
