Primary Services is in partnership with a different kind of Power Company, offering solar and storage services to homeowners within the United States and its territories through our network of local solar dealers and solar standard community homebuilders. We are looking for a PROJECT LEAD I.

This Project Lead I will be responsible for the following:

• Managing service offerings from our Expert Services catalog. This individual will also be a primary point of contact for our participating dealer network.
• Collaborating with third party vendors to ensure all applications, designs, and required documents are properly filled and submitted to state and local municipal entities.
• Tracking of services requested from participating partners as well as holding the third-party vendors who facilitate these services liable to the contractual SLA for deliverables.
• Staying abreast of any changes to permit requirements from AHJs and utilities to ensure compliance.
• Generating weekly reports as defined by management
• Communicating cross functional with engineering, in-service and the internal project leads.
• Work directly with origination and installation partners
• Excellent communication skills, a “customer first” attitude and someone who is a true team player.

Minimum Requirements:

• Desired: professional experience in solar system installation operations, project management and related roles
• Desired: 2+ years of routine use of Excel for data extraction, analysis and graphic communication of insights
• Strong communications skills and the ability to create relationships with outside partners to effectively influence behavior
• Very strong organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative environment both in-office and remotely
• Team player that behaves ethically, with highest degree of integrity
