Position: Support Staff (Front Office)
South Community is hiring a Support Staff front office position. This position is responsible for handling office administrative duties. These include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, greeting clients, visitors and staff; maintaining client records, taking time of service payments, answering various phone lines, data entry, maintaining and scanning electronic records, supporting providers and other administrative staff. Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, computer skills, and be able to multi task. Must be flexible for cross coverage at the various locations in the Dayton area.
The successful candidate must possess a High School Diploma. 2-4 years of office experience. Experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Computer skills, customer service skills ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are required. Demonstration of leadership experience preferred. Access to an operational vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test.
