What will you being doing here?

• Greeting patients with a smile and checking them in for appointment
• Collecting required co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance (Don’t worry we will teach you what all of these are!)
• Verifying patients information in chart such as demographics, insurance, etc.
• Answering phones and triaging messages to appropriate teammates
• Scheduling patients for appointments
• Accurately scanning patient records to charts so providers have all of the most up to date medical information to make the best decisions for patients
• Faxing records or information to other providers
• Managing patient schedule
