Hairtique and More LLC, Salon & Day Spa is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, multi tasking receptionist to join our growing team! As our salon receptionist you are the voice of our business, you are the first and last person our clients see and talk to. You will be asked to:
*Answer the phone and communicate with clients who are scheduling appointments or may have questions about services & or products.
*Greet and assist clients with services & or products.
*Work on a computer system designed for our salon and spa.
*Communicate to clients about specials or deals they may be interested in.
*Communicate with service providers about client questions & or needs. You are working with some of the best in the business with a combination of over 80 years of experience!
*Close sales when client is leaving includes pre booking next appointment, adding on services, and retail.
*Keep staff and clients healthy by cleaning and disinfecting receptionist area.
This is a permanent, part time position.
Hairtique and More has been in business for 35 years and is a full service salon and spa. Services include women’s, men’s, and children’s cuts, colors, styles, natural nail manicures and pedicures, facials, massages, waxing, and more! We are open Monday-Saturday and offer morning to evening appointments. We continue to grow and provide the best quality services to our community.
