The Front Desk Coach is responsible for providing customer services through the front service desk with enthusiasm professionalism and efficiency by performing the following duties.

Greets all members and guests in a friendly and pleasant manner with the goal of delivering the highest level of customer service.

Provides information to members, guests and callers regarding club services, events and programs.

Answers all incoming phone calls and promptly responds to the inquiry of the caller, transfers the caller to the appropriate phone number or seeks information from other club sources to answer the caller immediately.

Conducts point of sale transactions including taking cash/making change or credit card payment and enters payment transactions accurately and completely in the club information and point of sale transaction system.

Provides membership tours when assigned; communicates information about the facility and services and completes membership forms according to the procedure established at the club.

Schedules assessments, consultations and other program services in accordance with the club’s scheduling system and policies.

Assists with special event registration and queues entry to the event to assure an orderly and pleasant experience for attendees.

Signs in/out equipment following the club procedure and monitors members exiting the facility for security purposes.

When assigned, opens or closes the club following all club procedures outlined for these activities.

Requirements:

Must be available for early morning shifts. High School Diploma or equivalent required, 1-2 years customer service experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Job Type: This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
