Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a remarkable Front Desk Associate for the Courtyard by Marriott in Charlotte - Waverly. Our ideal candidate will be engaged, authentic, and dedicated to making the Courtyard Charlotte Waverly a “best in class” hotel!
Available shifts will include a combination of 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm.
Overall Responsibilities:
· Attend to guests' needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.
· Promptly respond to and solve guest complaints
· Be friendly, accurate, thorough, and efficient in taking reservations, performing Check-ins, and Check-outs.

Requirements:

· Fosse experience strongly preferred.
