Previous Work Experience
Previous successful customer experience (1 year)
Previous laundry & dry cleaning work experience preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
Available to work Monday through Friday 7:30a-6:30p
Operate point-of-sale software effectively
Sort and tag 70 items minimum per hour
Maintain organized work environment
Numbers oriented
Deliver 5 star rated customer transactions
Friendly demeanor
Answer phones energetically using phone script
Operate presses safely and efficiently at all times
Learn and follow company guidelines for proper care of all items (especially speciality items)
Transport up to 40 lbs. carefully from counter to tagging station
Fix and troubleshoot equipment
Avoid unnecessary downtime loss
Properly and carefully fold small, large items
Properly and carefully hang small, large items
Ensure high quality customer experiences
Work effectively with team members
Work independently
Strong attention to detail
Strong proactive communication skills
Solve problems before they happen
