Job Title: Food Runner
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Restaurant General Manager
Maintain exceptional guest experiences by delivering guests orders from the kitchen to the table in an efficient and timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Verify each guest receives the correct order
- Keep kitchen work area neat and clean
- Assist servers with guest requests
- Act as the point of contact between the Front of the House and the Back of the House
- Ensure food is served in accordance to safety standards
Next Level Duties:
- Personalize guest interactions
- Answer any questions a guest may have about the menu and/or resort
- Stay informed on menu changes/substitutions
- Up to date knowledge of food safety
Must Have Personal Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Must be 16 years of age or older
