NFC Amenity Management is currently looking for an outgoing, dedicated and professional Floating Front Desk Agent to work as coverage in different amenity spaces of luxury clubhouses and residential properties in the Tampa, FL area.

The right candidate should be personable, polished and outgoing with a talent for customer service and work experience in the condominium residential industry.

**Must be available to work morning, afternoon, night, overnight as well as weekend shifts.

Shift availability:

No assigned schedule (On-Call), hours may vary as needed: 7:00am - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 11pm and 11:00pm - 7:00am.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome and fond farewell to all residents and their guests
• Resolves, follows-up on all complaints/issues & report residents feedback
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
• Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive information about the surrounding areas
• Book amenities
• Coordinate requests for dry cleaning pick up/drop off, pet walking, housekeeping, grocery delivery, etc
• Advise residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the management of the property
• Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits
• Follow property specific system to receive and sign for resident packages to ensure efficient delivery to residents
• Maintains daily log, records and forms
• Monitors Emergency Response System
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
• Present a professional appearance by adhering to company uniform and grooming standards
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must have an outgoing personality
• Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet
• Professional phone skills
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
• Effective communication skills and engage positively with clients

Compensation:

• $17.00 Hourly Rate
