• Support the technicians with parts/tool logistics runs during the shift
• Work closely with parts/tools vendors to resupply technicians
• Perform data quality check for assigned inbound & outbound repair orders parts
• Work with regional team and business leaders to communicate and impact van utilization and technician efficiency
• Perform entry level service work on fleet vehicles under the guidance of senior technicians
• Shuttle vehicles from and to customers
• Maintain close records on RepairSmith Fleet to ensure proper vehicle maintenance
• Porter will need to provide their own vehicle
• Porter will NOT be provided a company vehicle
• Porter will be reimbursed for mileage expenses
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Previous experience as a driver/porter preferred but not required
• Ability to drive Sprinter/Transit/Ram ProMaster/Freightliner step vans
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Interest in automotive repairs and customer service
• Willingness to work late shift
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
• Communication skills to interact with our customers and other operators
• A vehicle capable of transporting various car parts and tires. (We will reimburse you for mileage)
