Gemini is currently seeking a Finisher/Shipper to join our plaque team in Cannon Falls, MN. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift position, and the minimum starting pay is $18.08 per hour with a 10% shift differential, taking experience into consideration. Our ideal candidate has a mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail with openness and flexibility to work around the plant. This is a great opportunity to cross train and learn continuously. Purpose Statement

To support the goals and vision of Gemini Incorporated by directing and managing product line operations with responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery, cost, member development, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Stroke sanding and polishing unique plaques
• Inspect finished products for function, aesthetics, and quality, if required, and may clean products as necessary.
• Maintain familiarity with shipping procedures, bill of lading etc. and prepare products for UPS/truck pick-up required.
• Operation of shipping software programs.
• Use of table saws and drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High School Graduate /GED or equivalent demonstrated competency through work experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Operate a variety of power saws and routers, lifting metal sheets.
