Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and promote the Seleskie Financial business through new client acquisition by prospecting and obtaining referrals from existing clients, COIs, and other business leads
  • Set and hold meetings with new prospects as well as current clients
  • Prepare for interactions with clients and handle incoming client requests
  • Record detailed client interaction case notes
  • Oversee the completion of business opportunities and customer satisfaction within the process
  • Uphold Seleskie Financial’s culture and vision

Compensation

Compensation to include salary as well as a bonus based on:

  • Length of service in Financial Services & Industry Designations
  • Achievement of leading indicators around the client experience and new client acquisition
  • Fit within our team, our values, and our culture

Skill Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed, Life and Health license (or ability to obtain within six months of hire)
  • Coachable, collaborative, and values-driven
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership skills and well-organized to manage multiple initiatives

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
