Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team.

This position will work with one advisor in the firm and will be expected to be able to service any client inquiry or any advisor request with respect to processing and customer service.

Requirements:

• 2 years of current/prior experience in the financial industry, if with Schwab Advisors, Securities

America and/or National Financial Services a plus, but not required.

• And/or 2 years of current/prior experience with a broker/dealer and/or clearing firm in the full service financial industry is a must.

• Customer service skills, initiative, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, recognition of prioritizations and competency with all current office technologies are presumed. Candidate must have basic knowledge of financial products and processing.

• Strong proficiency with a CRM, MS Office – Excel and word are a must. Redtail Technology system experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation will depend on credentials and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
