The Finance ( F&I Producer) is responsible for selling finance and insurance products to new and used car customers while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

The F&I Manager should produce such a memorable experience that the customer Wants to refer at least one person to the dealership!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure all necessary paper work is obtained efficiently and correct with each transaction and fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

· Own CSI

· Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis

· Review daily monthly and yearly forecasts

· Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels

· Stay current with product knowledge

· Maintain a competitive attitude and never lose sight of a productive team spirit

· Safeguard all customer information

· Must adhere to the MPP Package Sell presentation

· Other duties will be assigned
