We are currently seeking a Field Services Consultant (Digital Key Support Specialist) to join our team in the Dallas, TX area.
Job Description:
- Responsible for updating Firmware on guest room locks.
- Will need to travel to different client locations
- Work independently, managing 4-5 electronic Tablets.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year Basic computer knowledge (Wi-Fi, Applications, Troubleshooting)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Communicate with hotel personnel regarding progress and any issues that may have arose.
