EnerStar Solutions is recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented a Field Service Technician with experience levels that range from “entry-level” to "experienced” for our Pecos, TX Branch area. Field Service Technicians are responsible for assisting EnerStar clients with rig moves, new set ups, rig release, as well as infield repairs and service.

Key Responsibilities

• • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with Civeo clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location.
  • Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations.
  • Promote quality assurance to Civeo clients.
  • All other duties or tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• • • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Commercial Driver’s License preferred but no required.
    • Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required.
    • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
    • Active listener; responds in professional manner.
    • Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
    • Ability to be on call 24/7.
    • Able to work nights and weekends if needed.
    • Able and willing to travel out of town as needed.
    • Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc…
    • General handyman skills desired but not required.
    • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
    • Able to take direction from direct Supervisor.
    • Able to remain on feet for long periods of time.
    • Able to bend and stoop frequently.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Strong commitment to safety.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task.
