A. Route Responsibilities:

· Layout, organize, and load the packages into your personal vehicle

· Load, unload, prepare, and inspect parcels

· Operate your personal delivery vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards

· Delivery the route (approx. 40 - 120 miles start to finish) – (80 – 120 stops)

· . Follow routes parcel sequence and pick up time schedules

· Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients complaints

· Complete logs and reports

B. Route Requirements:

• B1. Route Basics:*

Delivery Territory: Lawrenceburg, Versailles, Lexington, Georgetown

Parcels: Small to Large size parcels

Parcel Pick Up Location:Product is picked-up at local depot in Lexington, KY or Georgetown every morning starting at (7:30am-8am).

Days: 7 days a week
Route pays: can make up to $150.00 per day (including mileage reimbursement)
Route Miles: 40 - 120 miles (Start to Finish)
Route Cities: Lawrenceburg, Versailles, Lexington

Pay Frequency:Every Friday

Route Planner: If you posses IOS you will be able to enjoy our Route Planner

Route Hours: based on route / amount of stops
Start Time: 8am/9am (Subject to Change)
End time: varies - (upon completion of deliveries)

B2. Delivery Window: (Times deliveries must be delivered in)

Residential Routes: Between 12pm - 8pm

Business/Hybrid (Residential/Business routes): Between 12pm – 4pm

C. Employment Structure:

All employees will be paid via (W2), and as employees of the company,* including employees using their own personal delivery vehicles.*

D. Personal Owned Vehicle Employee Requirements:

D1. Employee with Self Owned vehicle(s) – This will require:

1. Employee Owned Vehicle ( 4 door compact cars, suv's, and minivans)

2. Employee must be at least 21 years of age or older

2. Must have valid and up-to-date insurance

3. Must add employer as additional insured

Company Supplied:

1. Payroll/taxes

2. Mileage Reimbursement

3. Staffing Support

4. Ongoing training

5. Routing Technology

6. Company Scanner

*Vehicles must be personal type vehicles (No Cargo Vans or commercial vehicles) 2009 or newer, in presentable condition (NO Rust, NO dents, NO Outer Damage, etc.)

Employees with Self Owned Vehicles must be reliable, dependable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK in any kind of weather (snow, sleet, hail, etc.). Courier experience is not required.
