Wingate Management is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a portfolio of four properties in Lynn and the surrounding area. Join our amazing team!

Recertifications
HAP Billing
Special Claims
TRACS
EIV
Invoice Processing
Waitlist Management
Rent Collection/delinquency
Recertifications
Candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written along with strong computer skills.
Previous Property Management experience with Section 8 is required. Knowledge of OneSite and bilingual is a plus!
