Executive Chef Job at Norway Ridge Supper Club
Norway Ridge is searching for an Executive Chef, or Head Chef, who would be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food service. Their duties include hiring and training staff to cook their dishes, expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes, maintaining orders of all food and supplies, and creating chef features in addition to upholding the integrity of the existing menu. Skills & Qualifications include: Expert knowledge of the restaurant industry and running back of the house operations Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices Ability to develop unique recipes Experienced in federal, state, and local food handling regulations Comfortable training, directing and supervising kitchen staff Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organization If qualified and interested in knowing more about this position please don't hesitate to apply!
