• Experience working with solar powered / electric equipment is not mandatory but would be greatly helpful.

• You are experienced in budgeting and monitoring food cost
• Experienced and efficient in placing orders and monitoring production needs and food waste

• You are good at writing recipes,and able to execute already written recipes,both small and large scales
• You are obsessive about food safety and cleanliness at all times
• You have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and leadership skills
• You have a good judgment and you are organized with highly time management competence, and great problem-solving and decision-making skills
• You have a food handlers license.

• Work with the Regional F&B Director to get the kitchen up and running with a sustainable gastronomy model developed ( composting, roof top garden etc)
• Work closely with our procurement platform to develop menu and recipes
• Produce and oversee all food production
• Ensure safety and DOH requirements are met at all times
• Work with Regional FB to monitor food cost and food waste
• Work with marketing and ops team to establish best practices
• Order supplies and packaging as needed for kitchen
• Establish SOPs and processes for organized food production
• Establish and maintain a clean and organized working kitchen Manage orders and invoices with FOH
• Maintaining quality and attention to detail during production, documentation of production logs, recipe notes, and production yields
